Mr. Parashar has over nine years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. Prior to joining SUN, Mr. Parashar worked with the Corporate Finance practice of Ernst & Young in India for 8 years, where he worked extensively in M&A advisory, debt restructuring and project finance, and in raising private equity financing for clients. At the time of leaving Ernst & Young, Mr Parashar was a Vice President in the Lead Advisory team where he led teams in deal origination and end-to-end transaction advisory. From 2003 – 2006, Mr Parashar worked extensively on deals in the natural resources sectors.

Mr. Parashar received a BA Hons in Economics from Delhi University and an MA in Business Economics from Delhi University.
