Ms. Jayadevan has over 6 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. As a member of SUN's Financial Solutions Group, she is working on financing for group activities and providing corporate finance advice across group companies and investments.  Before joining SUN, Ms. Jayadevan was at GE, initially in the Structured Finance Group, focusing on business development, and then in the European Leveraged Finance Business, where she was responsible for underwriting syndicated debt packages and ran an execution team that invested in liquid leveraged loans in the secondary markets. She began her banking career with Lehman Brothers in the European M&A Group. 

Educated in India and France, she has a BCom Honours in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
