With more than 10 years in finance, accounting and tax, Mr. Wann joined SUN Group in early 2007. Prior to SUN, he held posts of CFO and COO for the European Leveraged Finance business of GE. He started his career with KPMG in Dublin where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and gained experience across a diverse client base in Retail, Manufacturing and Financial Services. Mr. Wann left KMPG to join ENBA, Europe's ground breaking internet banking offering where he led the team that worked on devising the pricing structure of the new product offering. Mr. Wann joined GE Commercial Finance in 2002 in The Netherlands where he headed up the Finance team of the Working Capital management business. He went on to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team for the Corporate Financial Services Group, responsible for oversight of a $20 billion of assets in the Asset Based Lending and Leveraged Finance businesses.

Mr. Wann gained a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College.
