More than 10 years of real estate and private equity experience. Mr. Kalothia joined SUN in 2002 and is responsible for investment activities in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Prior to SUN, he was with Lend Lease Corporation (a leading international property group) and worked on industrial projects for Coca-Cola and its partners in India, Venezuela, Nigeria and Indonesia. Before Lend Lease, Mr. Kalothia was with Larsen & Toubro (India's largest engineering and construction company) and worked on the construction and development of 69-acre International Tech Park in Bangalore. He is a member on the Investment Committee of SUN-Apollo India Real Estate Fund LLC. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Kalothia has a BA in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology  and an MBA in Finance from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
