Ms. Duvoisin has more than 20 years of investment and business experience, 11 of which were in Russia. Joining SUN in 1997 to oversee the restructuring of portfolio companies within SUN Capital Partners, she led the restructuring and exits of the confectionery assets and several other food processing enterprises. Prior to SUN, she led W.R. Grace's entry into Russia in the early 1990s and the development of their multi-product manufacturing and sales operations in the FSU. Ms. Duvoisin has also spent several years as a management consultant in the High-Tech, Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.

Educated at Phillips Andover Academy, she received a BA in Russian History from Princeton University, an MA in Soviet Economics from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs and an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master's in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania.
