Mr. DuCharme has over 20 years' experience within investment banking and private equity. He has been actively involved with SUN's investment management and new business development activities since 2000 playing a significant role in managing and exiting SUN's equity stake in SUN-Interbrew Ltd. Recently, Mr. DuCharme structured a significant capital commitment by SUN to Alfa Private Equity Partners, a Russian private equity fund, and serves on the Investment Committee of the fund. Prior to joining SUN, Mr. DuCharme was with the EBRD for five years as a Senior Banker as well as Deputy Resident Representative in Moscow. He was a Director of the Alfa Group, one of the largest financial-industrial groups in Russia with overall responsibility for the group's holding company. Mr. DuCharme was a member of Salomon Brothers' European mergers and acquisitions team. Mr. DuCharme has served on the Board of Directors of CSA Czech Airlines, Alfa Group and SUN-Interbrew Ltd.

Mr. DuCharme has a BA from the University of California at Berkeley in Economics and Political Science and an MBA from INSEAD.
