Mr. Curtis has over 18 years' experience in private equity investments and corporate finance consulting, 13 of these in Russia and the CIS. At SUN, he is responsible for the Real Estate investments in Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union. Prior to SUN, he was Vice President of Corporate Finance at STT Group, one of Moscow's largest developers, where he worked on the prestigious $1.5 billion Rossiya Hotel redevelopment next to the Kremlin and the world's second tallest building - the $1.5 billion 600m tall Russia Towers project in the new Moscow City, both designed by Sir Norman Foster. Prior to joining STT, Mr. Curtis was the Fund Manager of two private equity funds - a $100 million Russian Fund and a Euro 33 million Kazakh Fund. He started his career with PWC's Consulting Practices in London, Budapest and Moscow.

Mr. Curtis is a Chartered Accountant and has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
