Mr. Souviron has over 18 years of investment banking experience. At SUN, as an MD in the Financial Solutions Group, he advises on financings, acquisitions and divestitures at the group level as well as at the investment funds level. Prior to SUN, he worked at Morgan Stanley, first in New York in the Mergers and Acquisitions division and then in London where he managed a broad range of M&A transactions and associated debt and equity financings, across continents (North America, Europe and Asia), and across industry sectors, with a special emphasis on complex, public transactions.

Mr. Souviron received an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Business School and a BS from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
