Mr. Sood has been with SUN Group since 1988 and has more than 15 years of private equity experience in Russia and India. He has played a leading role in all of the group's principal and private equity investment activities, especially in relation to SUN Capital Partners, SUN Brewing and other FSU-related investments. Based in Russia since the early 1990s, he has considerable experience of commercial, financial and legal due diligence, as well as the deal documentation on potential investment opportunities. Mr. Sood has also helped identify, structure and execute many of SUN's investments, acquisitions and joint ventures in India, Russia and other key markets. During the early 1990s, working with SUN Interbrew, he was a leader in restructuring and consolidating disparate breweries into a single cohesive entity, and various financings and listings undertaken by that company. He moved to SUN Capital Partners LP in 1996 and worked on various projects of the Fund. Mr. Sood serves on the boards of various SUN portfolio companies and on the Investment Committees of SUN's funds.

Mr. Sood is a qualified chartered accountant and has degrees in Computer Science and Law.
