With almost two decades of investment banking experience, Mr Kutay recently joined SUN Group as head of the Financial Solutions Group. Prior to SUN, he spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley where he had been Managing Director and Chairman of the Health Care Practice. During that time, Kasim advised health care companies on all corporate finance matters including mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and other equity and debt financings. Mr. Kutay also sits on the Board of Governors of SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies), the UK's leading university for the study of Asia and Africa; he is a member of the Advisory Council of the London Middle East Institute; and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Northwick Park Institute for Medical Research, the UK's leading independent medical research institute.

Mr. Kutay received his BSc Economics in International Trade and Development and his MSc Economics from the London School of Economics.
