More than 17 years of corporate finance experience, 12 of which were in risk management. Mr. Cheung recently joined SUN from GE Capital in Stamford, Connecticut where he was Managing Director of Risk Management at GE Energy Financial Services division. Prior to that, Mr. Cheung was a member of GE Vice Chairman's staff where he screened corporate finance, real estate, and infrastructure investments for GE Capital's Investment Committee. Mr. Cheung was also the Chief Risk Officer of the European Leveraged Finance platform at GE with over $2.5 billion portfolio and $1 billion lending volume annually. Mr. Cheung has extensive transactional experience in Structured Finance and Project Finance products.

Mr. Cheung received his MBA and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
