Mr. Sait has over 9 years' investment banking and principal investment experience. Prior to SUN, he was in investment banking at Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers in London and New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities in emerging market economies. He was also a Manager in Telecom Italia's M&A Group in Rome, where he was involved in the expansion of the company's international wireless footprint, which included the purchase of mobile licenses, acquisition of controlling interests in subsidiaries, and the development of greenfield projects.

Mr. Sait received an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MA in international affairs from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA from Northwestern University.
