Mr. Jain has 16 years of experience in investment, acquisition, corporate strategy and development of real estate and 7 years of finance and treasury experience. Prior to joining SUN, he was Vice President – Corporate Affairs & Strategic Planning with Emaar MGF (joint venture between Emaar PJSC, Dubai & MGF Ltd). He was involved in the identification and feasibility studies of new projects, site identification, land acquisition, zoning, marketing strategies and overall management. Mr. Jain headed the entire project identification and land aquistion of approximately 7,500 acres across India with a total budget of more than 1 billion USD. Prior to this, he was Vice President – Corporate Affairs at Vipul Ltd and earlier, Vice President (Finance) at Landbase India Limited (an ITC Limited Company). 

He is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
