Mr. Rice has 27 years of experience in the mining industry, principally in resource delineation and computerized modelling.  In the past 10 years he concentrated on the development of diamond projects in Southern Africa. During this time Mr. Rice started and became the Managing Director of Datamine South Africa, and of Modular Mining Africa - two world class technology delivery companies to the mining industry. More recently he was the Group Technical Manager for Petra Diamonds, and the Technical Director for Xceldiam - both AIM listed companies operating in Southern Africa.

Mr. Rice qualified as a geologist at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
