With almost 10 years in HR, Ms. Volzhina joined SUN Group in September 2006 and is responsible for talent management and general HR functions. Prior to SUN, she was HR Manager at KPMG Moscow where she gained extensive experience in various Human Resources fields, including performance management, law and labour relations, compensation and benefits, motivation and incentive plans, recruitment and selection, and learning and development.

Ms. Volzhina received a degree in Human Resources (HR Management School, NEA, Moscow) and has also received degrees as Geologist, Lawyer and Interpreter. At present, she is studying for an MBA in HR.
