Mr. Bolgov has over 15 years' experience in M&A and private equity transactions, corporate governance and international joint ventures. He has been with SUN since 1994 and has been involved in SUN's investment, acquisitions, deal structuring and corporate development activities. In 2003, he joined Cargill as General Counsel Russia. For almost four years he led investment and acquisition projects in CIS for Cargill. In 2006, he returned to SUN, joining the rapidly growing mining division in a project management role.

Mr. Bolgov graduated from Voronezh State University and completed a Master's program in finance and securities market at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and Russian Central Bank.
